Drawing 225 ~ is dedicated to a brave woman acquaintance who I visited today. She had a double mastectomy early this spring and is going through her last round of powerful chemotherapy.
Her cancer was not caught by her regular mammograms and her word of warning is to all women:
carefully self-check your breasts every month for any suspicious signs
… and, be a demand on the medical system.
